Designing Your Perfect Home Plan
Through our schematic design process, our team collaborates closely with you to understand your requirements and design objectives. We then create a fully customised floor plan from the ground up, tailored to your vision while ensuring it aligns with your target budget and adheres to the constraints of your plot and local regulations in India.
Start Your Project
Partner With Us
You’ll finalize all the designs with your Wynngrid Advisory Team. You will then receive two scope-of-works and bids from our network of vetted building contractors.
The choice is yours: select a contractor to start construction
Once your site planning and custom floor plan design is finished, your Project Manager will facilitate and present contractor bids for you to consider.
Receive at least two bids from contractors within our network
Contractors will submit their best price based on your site development requirements and custom floor plan for the construction of your home.
Tour existing projects and meet with potential contractors
Your Wynngrid Project Manager will organize contractor interviews and tours of their existing projects that match your home style, so you make the right choice.
Select your contractor, close on your construction loan and start building
After choosing your contractor, Wynngrid will help you finalize your construction permits then have extensive project debriefs with your contractor to ensure a smooth transition.
WYNNGRID supports you throughout construction of your new home
During the construction phase, Wynngrid provides build support based on the pre-construction services we have completed on your behalf.
